The psychotherapy is the long-term help and service focused on deeper personalised emotional and mental issues. It is a verbal type of treatment, where through discussing and analysis one's inner struggles, the person learns about their roots and reasons, resulting in the long-lasting changes and consequently improvement in the quality of life.
The therapy, conducted by me, is based on the psychodynamic principles, where in order to achieve improvement and relief, it is important to concentrate on problems of the past and determine which issues are the cause of current struggles. Only understanding and accepting previous negative experiences, crises and emotional disturbances, one can face up to the challenge of changing their lives, starting from working on emotional and behavioural reactions.
Should point out that psychotherapy, due to its requirement of the personal reflection and forming new behavioural patterns, may last up to several years. The progress, which is made by the client, intermediate results, ongoing work, and future challenges are always discussed with the client, that he/she could make fully informed decision of the length and possible success of the therapy.
